The Core Team
In the driver's seat – Tanuja Pandey
Tanuja Pandey is the Founder and Director of MICE ONLINE HOTELS LLP, a company that facilitates group travel by allowing companies to directly contact and book hotels for MICE events.
She has over 20 years of maverick experience in global tourism industry across marketing, hospitality,MICE and Events , which made her to form MOL- MICE Online Hotels- a natural corollary of her expertise.
Before starting MICE Online she was already the go-to person for a large number of companies for MICE & Events with her consultancy company "Incentiwise "
She began her career in 1995 working as a German language interpreter at conferences after which she moved into various roles in the tourism industry.
Her flair for languages and expertise in travel and tourism is highlighted by the fact that she worked as a freelance writer for tourism-related magazines, production houses, and TV shows and documentaries based on tourism. She served as a consultant on famous shows such as Fear Factor India and Master Chef India. Tanuja is currently also a member of the Ministry of Tourism's, National Tourism Advisory Council, Government of India
She has worked in leadership position with leading brands in the tourism and events space including the Network 18 Group, Thomas Cook, Sahara India, Cox and Kings & P&O travel.
